We installed the "Likes" and "Thanks" buttons to keep track of who is posting quality information here. We do not score based on how many "Like" or "Thanks" a member gives. We also look closely at who is starting quality threads, shooting video, bumping classic quality threads as well.

The scoring system is a combination of both Post Count with Likes and Thanks received. Yes, any member here can make a million posts here that mean absolutely nothing and get no likes or thanks and those posts do not help the community here. This is a waste of space in our database and just clutters the forums. So if you post "That sounds good" or "lol" or "cool" or "I like blue shoes" 500 times, those posts absolutely do not matter and do not get credited.

If someone posts 10 - 20 posts all month that receive multiple likes and thanks by various "credible" members, that holds more value than the person that posts 500 meaningless posts all day that get no Likes or Thanks. By "credible members" we mean a member that has contributed here already, not a random person that just signed up and starts liking or thanking one random members posts here all the time. Part of the system tracks IPs and receptive likes and thanks to members by members and can single out members hiding behind proxies as well. It is not a simple system that can be easily beat. Between this system and our eyes we make the decisions.

Don't look at this as a contest to win a prize by trying to beat the system. Look at it as an award for contributing towards an incredible library of information here that will help another members life.



Here are a few tips for winning the poster of the month contest, written by yours truly. Not in any particular order of importance but this could help you get free stuff.

1. Try to post in as many topics as possible.
This does not mean spam, but if you have any insight or questions on a topic make at least one post and let your voice be heard.

2. Give out Likes and Thanks often.
Even if the post was written by somebody else going for poster of the month if you think it is good information then click either Like or Thanks. If people see you giving out likes they will think you're cool and probably return the favor. Next level well written posts DESERVE Likes/Thanks

3. Video tutorials of exercises or techniques are the BEST way to get Likes/Thanks.
If you make a video that helps other users you are guaranteed to get some love. So if you got balls or just really want to show the proper way to enlarge your penis make a video!

4. Post every single day.
Even if you can only log onto the forum for 5-10 minutes just pop in and contribute a little bit. To win poster of the month you have to maintain a presence on the forums.

5. Be nice!
It's that simple. Your mom said you will catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, so don't forget to be nice.

My Goliath crapped out on me and I need it replaced. Don't really think I did anything to really make it happen but the gaiter popped off on me today. Definitely wasn't using a strangely high amount of suction, so I think maybe this one is just a fluke. Not sure if this is where this goes but here it is anyway.

So I'm having a bit of trouble because of my disability I have to put the device erect (there is no possible way around this, that is the only way it can be done with my disability), by the time it goes flaccid (by not touching is therefore not causing a reflex erection) vmy penis comes down quite a bit in the device, the head doesn't stay near the top. Of course I can pump it to bring it back up but I use a medium sleeve once I am flaccid Air tends to slip out as I don't fill the whole thing. Mind you the small sleeve is far too small can't even get it in, and the large sleeve is far too big so I use the large bell and the medium sleeve. I've read that the AB silicone sleeves are more effective option, Do you think this will help my problem? iam 5.5 inch long erect therefore I want to be stretching the entire 5.5 inches in The device correct? I'm on their website, which product do I want the anti-turtle sleeve??

Hello! As some of you maybe already know i have quit doing stretches that pulls on the scrotal & pubic area since it moves & changes appearance a lot on other aspects than the penis itself.
I think this is due to increased ligament gains which lowers my exit point perhaps. I use a hand to hold back my scrotal and pubic skin when i stretch now and mostly focus on the tunica.

What i wonder is if "Internal Stretches" also focus on the ligaments and lowers the exit point and add as i call it "ugly appearance"? Or is there a difference between regular ligament increases than internal increases where you focus on pulling out your inner penis?

The Internal Stretch is a stretch where you grip behind the balls to grip your inner penis behind the balls and stretch it. This targets the inside penis that is hidden inside our body. I know this exercise work really good for me
to gain length, but i just want to know if it differs from ligament gains, as i don't want to add ugly appearances on my penis as i said before.

When i do Length Master sets i use SportPrewrap first,then Ace bandage.




is it ok to leave the sportsPreWrap on the penis between Length Master sets ? The gland is red and look healthy after i take the LM off, no burple or anything like that. The gland is litle bigger after 1 minute, the blood is goin more in the gland than out.


Or should i take every wrapping meterial off between sets ?

Over six years ago i found MOS, definitely one of the best discoveries i made in my early adult life, i gained so flippin' quickly, like seriously quick length, but girth didn't come in at all at first, not until i started clamping and hardcore girth exercises, i have an incredibly rigid tunica.

What's up all..I'm going to start dld newbie routine Monday. I was wondering do you do all the stretches one after the other until completing 3 sets or are you suppose to do 3 sets of stretches down to the right,left, and straight down.before doing stretches in the upward angle or behind the cheeks..also is gaining an inch realistic for the newbie routine..thanks much help is appreciated.

Okey! So after a session yesterday i got 2 really noticeable circular reddish/brownish colored dots on my skin. They seems to be on the skin since if i move my skin around or pull on it, it follows the skin. It actually looks like a mole, but they do not stand out of the skin, you can't feel them. Just looks like discolaration on the skin.

Anyone knows what it could be and what type of exercises that can cause it? I'm afraid they will stick forever, they just look ugly and odd haha :)

So i don't know what i should proceed doing in my routine and what i should skip do. I don't know what makes them appear.

I'm not sure where the "general" section is but, I was just curious if any of you have suffered from this. Within the past year, I had roughly 3 instances where I had a sudden 'hungry attack' and started sweating and became weak. After stuffing my face with food (anything sweet was what I was after), I usually went back to normal after many hours.

I never thought much of it until yesterday when it happened again out of no where and I felt like shit the whole day. I think I downed like half a gallon of milk and ate a bunch of crap with it in order to satisfy this weird craving I had within a 30 minute period. I decided to look it up and saw that I could be suffering from non-diabetic hyperglycemia.

I never heard about this and decided to get some input from anyone here who knows more about it or anyone who has been through it.

Hi all,

I have been looking over the forums for the past few months trying to gain as much information as possible, and I now have a couple of questions so thought I should sign up and start contributing. Before I get to my question, a little background on myself.

I'm not totally new to the whole PE thing, and about 6 years ago I bought an "original" Bathmate and used just that pretty much every day for a little over a year. I'm not 100% sure if it was just because I was new to PE at this point but the Bathmate on its own allowed me to gain a little over 1 1/2 inches in bpel and 1/2 inch in eg (widest point). Unfortunately I came down with a rather painful case of epididymitis at this point and I ended up stopping all PE whilst I tried to get over the infection and resulting pain. However between new house mates, studying and a long list of other excuses I didn't continue with any PE. I did try to restart on a few occasions once I had graduated but I always found that the Bathmate was generating what felt like too much pressure and found it quite painful to use. Looking back I am thinking that I may have just been putting a lot of strain on my ligaments and it may not have been a reason to stop all together and get rid of the Bathmate.

Until recently it has probably been about 4 1/2 - 5 years since I stopped any PE and have lost about 1 inch in length and 1/2 inch in girth (some of which is due to weight gain). So I have decided that I want to give PE another go having seen all the fancy new Bathmates over the years and thought there muse be something that would suit me. So about 3 weeks ago I received my Penomet Premium package and have been alternating between the purple and blue gaiters. I know the Penomet hasn't been having the best of reviews of late but being able to change out the gaiters and start at a lower pressure appealed to be as I was having trouble with the Bathmate. I've been pretty happy with the Penomet so far, I've come to realise that the Penomet is less forgiving with hair compared to the Bathmate but I think I have that under control now, and especially on the blue gaiter have been feeling quite a pull.

I have also spent the last few weeks reading through the main posts in the SRT thread which leads me onto my questions. Ideally I would be wearing an extender/stretcher all day during work but due to some constraints (Full pat down search when leaving work, and rumours of people being let go for wearing "jewellery" under their work cloths) I am unable to wear any device during the work day. So I am planning of mixing up the SRT routine a bit and try to get any stretching/extended healing done in the evening and whilst I sleep using a Phallosan (Yet to buy). I have also tried some wrapping but as I am more of a grower and have been blessed with quite a large foreskin I tend to just slip through or end up wrapping to tight for me to feel comfortable to sleep in. I know this won't necessarily be as good as the SRT program but do you think this would be good enough to emulate it as best as I can? It would also mean that I would be doing my girth workout (with Penomet) before my length/stretching with the Phallosan, would this make things slower or more difficult?

As for ligament stretches and expressions etc I want to try and use the Penomet for that for the time being, and maybe get myself a length master at some point in the future, as I want to ease back into things as best I can and mainly focus on the pumping.

Has any one else been unable to wear an extender/stretcher during the day, or have any other suggestions which may help?
