I have been looking over the forums for the past few months trying to gain as much information as possible, and I now have a couple of questions so thought I should
sign up and start contributing. Before I get to my question, a little background on myself.
I'm not totally new to the whole PE thing, and about 6 years ago I bought an "original"
Bathmate and used just that pretty much every day for a little over a year. I'm not 100% sure if it was just because I was new to PE at this point but the
Bathmate on its own allowed me to gain a little over 1 1/2 inches in bpel and 1/2 inch in eg (widest point). Unfortunately I came down with a rather painful case of epididymitis at this point and I ended up stopping all PE whilst I tried to get over the infection and resulting pain. However between new house mates, studying and a long list of other excuses I didn't continue with any PE. I did try to restart on a few occasions once I had graduated but I always found that the
Bathmate was generating what felt like too much pressure and found it quite painful to use. Looking back I am thinking that I may have just been putting a lot of strain on my ligaments and it may not have been a reason to stop all together and get rid of the
Bathmate.
Until recently it has probably been about 4 1/2 - 5 years since I stopped any PE and have lost about 1 inch in length and 1/2 inch in girth (some of which is due to weight gain). So I have decided that I want to give PE another go having seen all the fancy new Bathmates over the years and thought there muse be something that would suit me. So about 3 weeks ago I received my
Penomet Premium package and have been alternating between the purple and blue
gaiters. I know the
Penomet hasn't been having the best of reviews of late but being able to change out the
gaiters and start at a lower pressure appealed to be as I was having trouble with the
Bathmate. I've been pretty happy with the
Penomet so far, I've come to realise that the
Penomet is less forgiving with hair compared to the
Bathmate but I think I have that under control now, and especially on the blue
gaiter have been feeling quite a pull.
I have also spent the last few weeks reading through the main posts in the
SRT thread which leads me onto my questions. Ideally I would be wearing an
extender/stretcher all day during work but due to some constraints (Full pat down search when leaving work, and rumours of people being let go for wearing "jewellery" under their work cloths) I am unable to wear any device during the work day. So I am planning of mixing up the
SRT routine a bit and try to get any stretching/extended healing done in the evening and whilst I sleep using a
Phallosan (Yet to buy). I have also tried some wrapping but as I am more of a grower and have been blessed with quite a large foreskin I tend to just slip through or end up wrapping to tight for me to feel comfortable to sleep in. I know this won't necessarily be as good as the
SRT program but do you think this would be good enough to emulate it as best as I can? It would also mean that I would be doing my girth workout (with
Penomet) before my length/stretching with the
Phallosan, would this make things slower or more difficult?
As for ligament stretches and expressions etc I want to try and use the
Penomet for that for the time being, and maybe get myself a
length master at some point in the future, as I want to ease back into things as best I can and mainly focus on the pumping.
Has any one else been unable to wear an
extender/stretcher during the day, or have any other suggestions which may help?
