I start off with a stretch righr 25 kegeks
Rotary circles center left rigjt than stretch left 25 kegels
I repeat the cranks and stretches to the center down and up one time
Than 3 sets of 30 sec reps each way for btc

Than i fucken kill my dick with a straifht down 3 30 sex eaxh way

I monster pressure it so hard i feel it in my lower stomach! I use so mych pressure i cant continue. This is my 3rd day and i feel so sore after every workout.

Are there any other straight sown stretches? I dont feel straifht out very much. Bur btc and straight down get really sore

So let's say I've gotten to my length goal and I want to continue with a maintenance routine. Can I wear the phallosan for 2 hours daily at max tension? Will that be enough to keep me from losing my length gains?

Yesterday i couldnt have access to a computer i use, so i had to use a desktop computer,i was seated on that chair i had the LM on already n i stretched down using the legs,n the stretching was so intense n amazing,that i had to control it whit my legs.


is basically stretching down hitting a different angle,another variation that already exists i think.but a huge amount of intensity can be applied.I have never done any hanging but i think it can give a similar feeling....:)

Hey guys,
First off, glad to be here! This will be my first post, this is how i got into pe and the reasons why i started. I just turned 23, but back in high school i have always been an athlete. I have always been cut but i had a slight problem getting undressed in front of people. In high school i had a girlfriend and had no problems we were very sexually active, we ended up breaking up when i was in college. This was when i got really down on myself, I then turned to steroids (just testosterone injections) but i had no idea anything about them. Im pretty sure i did them way too long. Anyway, I hurt my back as well which i still have pain... I have something called bi-lateral pars defect. I noticed something was wrong i had not gotten morning erections for the longest time, and my sex drive/motivation was down. I went and got checked, my free-T levels were low ( 8.1 out of 32) and my total was 405 which is awful for a guy who is 23 and should be in his prime. I also have a great diet and rarely eat any junk food. I have studied a lot on the body and how to increase testosterone so i know what to do for that. How i found penis enlargement was that while i lost my morning erections, my penis shrunk some since i was in my prime in high school.... how much i do not know. That is how i then found Penis- Enlargement and this forum. I am now a Believer 100%.... i really didn't start getting in a routine till about 2 weeks ago( its very important to track progress i understand) but i did the noobie stretches once or twice in a week... kinda just testing everything out. I then felt like i had alot more of my dick afterwards. I remember i looked down at it and I was like holy crap this is the biggest flacid size i have ever seen on myself . Anyway i stopped due to me getting busy and of course the flaccid hang stopped. So now I'm all in this thing till the day i die, i can already tell I'm getting back to that flaccid size state yet its taking a little longer because i think my penis has toughened up a bit, i do bundled stretches every time before i stretch from what i have read from dld. I have now bought the bathmate, which i have yet to be able to get an erection to go into it. So i might just try to restore erections with a jelqing routine. Last night i had the hardest boner when i had to go pee which is awesome. I also bought the size genetics from dlds site, and will be getting the Mos membership and dvd. I also joined Pegym but i like this forum and dld . I think dld cares a lot about his brothers which is why i came here. I did notice that Bigal offers me coach and I wanted to somehow get training from DlD himself. I always seem to overtrain when i workout and i do not want to do the same with my phallus because i think it responds to lower intensity but same volume kind of workouts and maybe a 2 day on 1 day off routine. Big Al talks about starting off low intensity and gradually upping it for a noobie. Dld i would love for to inbox me so i could talk to you. I have read tons of your forum posts and watched all of your youtube clips. Anyway, I know this post is kind of everywhere and i have a lot i could say but i didn't know where to start, so my apologies! I will get my measurements up soon going to try and fiddle with my profile and everything. ------ This was my first post In November


Now here i am in December I have grown 1/2 " in BPEL and I can happily say i have gotten my morning erections back which has been well over 2 years. I have gotten my biggest erection yet sitting at 6" and maybe a little over BPEL :) where i have come from 5 1/2" BPEL. Much of this I think is due to My Penis getting better Eq and i have recovered the penis i lost due to hardly getting erections over a year. However, I have harder erections than i have had in 2 years, better EQ, better flacid hang, and more length. If i have any advice for anyone is to take it slow and progressively up the intensity just don't go too hard and hurt your penis... This site is awesome and i have to thank Dld and all the other very active members who help tutor and help the newbies like myself. I will continue to do Pe as my goal is 8.5 BPEL x 6.5. I will reach this goal :), i have already learned so much valuable information through reading and being active on the forums. However, i will be leaving for 4 months to go to Discipleship school dedicating my time to learn about our Lord and Savior and building my relationship with him. I want to fully focus on Him and what he is going to teach me and i feel i get carried away with Pe and obsess about it; which will take my focus away from him. I most likely will not have much private time and won't have much time for Pe, so my question is can i still make good gains from doing stealth Pe DLD? As i am only 23 i have my whole life to gain so i am not really worried about 4 months. Im not going to wear an extender just because its just too distracting, but i will be able to stretch here and there so i can get time in that way. I have big plans for when i come back to Pe and will be very active on the forums as well. 9inchNBPorBust has helped me come up with a game plan for my extender work for when i get back i would highly advise giving him a PM. I will be reaching my goals by the time i am 27.

I've talked to this guy over the net who was also into pe and had made very impressive gains.

Since I don't like Jelqing his routine sounded amazing to me.

He basically stretched & hung everyday hanging of course for 10 hrs a week, which is what I've been doing for the past month.

Have y'all had any success in JUST HANGING?

Is a only hanging routine a good one or should I try to incorporate jelqing?

So me and my girlfriend just started having sex at the beginning of August and whenever we would have sex I would last anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, and with head I could last about 45 minutes. But as of about 3 weeks ago I literally haven't been able to hold it in!!! I cum within about like 2-5 minutes and once I came like right away and I don't get it!! I used to be able to go on for 90 minutes!

Super skinny base - wanting length - IS hanging the better option?

My dick at the base is really skinny, it's about 4.8 inch in girth, whilst the mid dick (just below head) is 5.5 inches.
My tricky weird shaped baseball bat dick is already 7 inches long but I'm wanting a couple of inches longer.

I've seen extenders on this forum is rated as the greatest (maybe even safest) of tools for length gain but I am afraid I will have to do extra work on girth for the base and it will take a long time to achieve results on the base. The bathmate also only seems to only work on the fatter parts of my dick..

so guys i really want some feedback on my routine. Time is not a problem. I don't expect to gain an inch in a month.

With that being said, this is what i plan to do as my schedule is very busy since I'm going back to college. I plan to wake up and immediately go into this routine. Rest of the day i will be busy trying to juggle life.

1) WAKE UP.
2) 10-15 minutes of stretching with Lengthmaster including bundled stretches
3) 15 minutes of medium/high bathmate intensity in shower
4) 10 minutes of jelqing
5) 1-2 hours of penis tie (acts as cock ring)
6) rest of the day wearing ADS (divosuit)

I've outgrown my foreskin

due to the great gains I have been making, I have realised my foreskin is not long enough. During my erect work and bathmate, too much stress is being placed on the frenulum. I have never seen my skin roll so far back.

I msut say, this is an excellent problem to have. Will start doing daily stretches to loosen up this skin!

Hey guys, Dld asked if i had any information on this subject so here it is. I have read through some interesting articles on Porn and its effects on your brain and ultimately your penis. Here is a great site that explains a whole lot. If you constantly look at porn and have some erectile issue i suggest you read through this. I hope this helps you because i once had this problem with too much porn consumption. I finally read up on this subject and found that when I was watching and jacking off to porn it was rewiring my brain and pretty much screwing it up. I have quit and i no longer have any sexual issues in this department. Feel free to add any additional comments or questions if you like. Also, when i quit watching porn my nighttime erections started slowly coming back, for some of you I hope this might help.

Have been using the bathmate x30 for a few months now and have not gained anything permanent I can fill the tube girth wise but can not get no length gains and the girth wears off after about a hour why haven't I made any gains in length I use it 2 times a day for 30 mins 6 days a week

what are the kinds of food that get the fat pad fatter.I think hidrocarbs,all kinds of chocolate,sugary foods,Sodas,even milk,im pretty sure there are a ton of foods that increase the infamous fat pad...

i think most men consume that food but which quantities are suggested to keep things at bay..lol i think this can be helpful cause most of the fat gets stored in the belly but the fat pad can store an important amount of fat too...:P>:(

Septum hinder gains?

Hello guys! I stumbled across this thing called the septum and was talking with a guy on PEGym that strongly believe this "Septum/Cord" or whatever you call it is a limiting factor you can't go beyond.
He has been doing PEGym since 1999 however.

This is a piece of what he wrote to me yesterday about this:

" That hard steel thick cord running on top of the shaft all the way from the bar to the tip. There is no way to make it grow, and no matter how much you grow your tunica, your penis cannot stretch beyond the septum length. In fact, when I stretch my penis straight forward in a flaccid state, the sides of my penis are soft and almost hanging there. That is the tunica. But the top portion of my penis is completely hard and stretched out. That is where the septum runs along. If I could find a way to stretch and enlarge the septum, then the real growth would occur."

I have a natural upward curve starting from my base, and as i have read it seems like an upward curve can result in harder length gains and that an upward curve relates to the setpum somehow. My penis has always been short, but with a curvature at the base. I think that mostly my length gains has came from ligament gains & EQ. My girth seems to grow pretty good compared to others. But length i'm not sure. If i would like to i could work on ligaments and gain good length gains, but i don't like the look of it. As i tend to pull up scroum skin on my shaft and make it look more hairy and odd. So i have quit doing ligament stretches and have only been doing tunica work for soon 2 months and i still grow in girth, but the length slowed down tremendously. Maybe only got 0,1 - 0,2 cm, not sure.

To summary, how far have the PE world analyzed this "Septum" thing yet? Have the PE world came to a conclusion about the subject, and can someone if so tell me about it to bring me more knowledge so i can proceed my PE journey with a smarter perspective.

Would appreciate a well written answer with a customized easy-to-understand explanation as i'm not the best to understand everything so good.
